How do I create an account?
Click the "Get Started" button and follow the 3-step registration process. You'll need to provide your email, create a password, and enter some basic information about your retirement goals.
How do I add my accounts?
After logging in, go to the Accounts page and click "Add Account". You can either connect your accounts via Plaid for automatic updates or manually enter your account information.
What types of accounts can I add?
You can add checking, savings, investment accounts, retirement accounts (401k, IRA, RRSP), credit cards, loans, mortgages, and other assets or liabilities.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes! We use bank-level encryption to protect your data. If you connect via Plaid, we never see your banking credentials. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
How are retirement projections calculated?
We use your current age, retirement age, life expectancy, current savings, expected contributions, and growth rates to project your retirement readiness. You can adjust these assumptions at any time.
Can I adjust my retirement goals?
Yes! Go to your Profile settings to update your retirement age, life expectancy, expected growth rates, and other parameters.
How do I create a budget?
Go to the Budget page and click "Add Budget Item". Enter your expense or income category, amount, frequency, and dates. The system will automatically project your budget over time.
Can I see how my budget affects retirement?
Yes! Your budget items are automatically integrated into your retirement projections, showing you how your current spending affects your future financial security.
How is my data protected?
We use 256-bit encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and follow industry best practices. We're also SOC 2 compliant and undergo regular security audits.
Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Yes! Go to your account settings under Security to enable 2FA using an authenticator app or security key (passkey).
